REFUND POLICY

Should you be unhappy with your products, please return them to us within fourteen (14) days of receipt and we will provide a full refund. Books and knives cannot be refunded.

To request a refund, please call 0207 627 80 70 to report the problem and then post the item to:

The refund would be made to the card used for payment. The postage and packaging will be paid directly by the customer and cannot be refunded.
