REFUND POLICY

Should you be unhappy with your products, please return them to us within fourteen (14) days of receipt and we will provide a full refund. Books and knives cannot be refunded.

To request a refund, please email gael@chezroux.com to report the problem and then post the item to:

Le Gavroche, 25 Green St., London, W1K 7AX

The refund would be made to the card used for payment. The postage and packaging will be paid directly by the customer and cannot be refunded.
