This Domaine de Gavoty “Cuvée Clarendon” 2021 is a Côtes de Provence specially selected by Albert Roux OBE. Fantastic wine made from local grape of 60% Cinsault, 20% Grenache and 20% Syrah.
It has really pleasant aromas of fresh red fruit.
On the palate the wine is lively but yet structure.
It has freshness and roundness at the same time with a touch of spices on the finish.
Quite versatile it will be easy to drink on its own for aperitif or with tapas.
Goes well with grilled gambas, lamb with garlic, blue cheese…
Perfect to drink all year round.

Grenache Blanc, Grenache Gris, Macabeu.
Fresh and aromatic wine (with lemon and grapefruit notes).
Medium body wine with persistence on the palate.
