GR-82 Utility Sushi Knife is a special edition knife which is part of the Michel Roux JR signature range. It has a flexible blade that makes it great for filleting fish and can also be used to prepare sushi. It is similar to the G-1 Slicing knife which is also good for slicing small pieces of fish or meat. The Michel Roux JR knives were developed alongside chef Michel Roux Jr to ensure that they met the standards of a professional knife. In addition to the Global design dotted aesthetics, each blade has been signed by Michel Roux creating a very unique knife for your Kitchen.
